• productivity is down by 20% in Canada and the CEO wants to send all the work to Mexico for the cheap labour
• the firm has capital to spend, but the CEO isn't sure what do with it
• very few functions are outsourced now as the firm had some bad experience with the previous attempts, but your costs seem high compared to your industry
• the firm is growing at 25% per year and operations/supply chain are falling behind
• there is no strategy in place for your global operations, the firm just keeps adding facilities as they think they need them
• all 621 of your products are forecasted using the same method, forecast error is good in some cases but bad in many
• many of your products are high volume, but the plant still operates as a process centre model
• staff complain frequently about how they have to walk through the manufacturing area to get to the other office complex that was added last year
• they also complain that only senior staff, like yourself have any windows to look out

As you can read, all is not good at All Is Good. What will you do about it given your Operations Management knowledge.
