You have noticed that the daily temperature information from local weather sites for your area is inaccurate. You have noticed what you believe are irregularities with the local weather site’s reporting of the daily temperature average, low, and high temperatures. You have decided to write a program that will use a temperature sensor you have installed to take four temperature readings over a 24-hour period. Those readings will be at times 0, 8, 16, and 24.

Behaviors of your Application

1. Your application will use a 5 second sleep before acquiring the first temperature, to compensate for the simulator reset when your program launches
2. Your application will use 8 seconds to simulate 8 hours.
3. When the application starts, it will announce itself and tell the user what it is doing
4. You will collect the four temperatures, announcing each temperature acquisition in both °F and °C
5. You will light one LED as each acquisition is taking place using the order of GLED, YLED, RLED, and BLED, leaving them on until the program is finished with its run
6. Once you have collected all four of your temperature acquisitions, you will display the following statistics:
   1. Minimum temperature °F and °C
   2. Maximum temperature °F and °C
   3. Average temperature in °F and °C
      • Acquire your mean / average temperature by importing statistics and using the mean() function
7. Your program will turn all LEDS off, and then exit
