You may define your pizza business in a number of different ways. It may be: dine-in pizza business/pizza food truck/pizza retail store or pizza wholesale business. 4. Contract for Professional Services such as an attorney, an accountant, a bookkeeper, a marketing coordinator or an ecommerce director. Yes, you must include identifying information for the other party.

Each of the contracts must meet the elements of a contract- offer and acceptance, consideration, mutual assent, meeting of the minds, appropriate format, capacity, legality, and remedies for Breach of the contract including Alternate Dispute Resolution.

Each of the three contracts must demonstrate the following:

Legality

Clause about avoiding Mistakes or Undue Influence- Might be something about this document represents the complete agreement of the parties and both sides initial it.

Remedies for Breach including Liquidated Damages

Avoidance of torts-Most likely would be a clause about each side maintaining insurance and indemnifying the other party.

Discharge of obligations-is it upon delivery, upon completion or another marker for discharge?

Clause about products being safe for human food consumption whether it is a food product or one used to create a food product such as a stove or prep station.

If selecting a professional contract-proof that the person is licensed to complete the task such as is licensed to practice law or is a certified public accountant and dated with license expiration.

Clause about no criminal activity involved in this contract and the non-criminal party will not indemnify the wrongdoer.

You can copy many of the paragraphs and use them in your other contracts. Specifics about offer, consideration and acceptance will not be the same between the three contracts although the name and address of your pizza business will be the same.
