You must prepare a typed report to the General Manager. Your report should include three sections: Summary of data results Identification of gaps Recommendations Action plan Each section relates to the following tasks (e.g. task 1 below corresponds with the section 1 summary in the report). 1. Review the customer survey data in Appendix A. Summarise the outcomes of the data. 2. Identify and discuss where the data does not match the desired customer service standards. 3. Provide three (3) recommendations for change to improve Happy Cafe's customer service. 4. Prepare an Action plan which includes the tasks needed to implement each recommendation and a budget for each task / recommendation (add rows to the table below as needed)
