You must submit a project proposal and have it approved. The process is described below.

Step $1$:

Submit one to two pages, describing your proposed project on cyber security.

Step $2$:

Write and submit a progress report $($about $2-4$ pages$)$ that provides detailed information pertinent to your project.

Step $3$

Write a technical report describing the project and the experimental results.

The proposal, the progress report, and the final paper must be formatted in the standard in $2-$column IEEE proceedings format.
