You need to choose a picture you like and try different blurring methods (motion blur, Gaussian blur), and then you need to use the deblurring method (Inverse filtering, Wiener filtering, Constrained least square filtering) you have learned to process the blurred image. You can use library functions in your code.

There are no specific format requirements for the report. But it has to include these two parts:

1) methods

2) results
