You own a chain of grocery stores. The United Food and Commercial Workers International Union $($UFCW$)$ recently organized another grocery store chain in your area. You are committed to remaining union$-$free. You have a non$-$solicitation policy and signs posted on your properties.

One of your stores is next to a school. You own a strip of land between the store and the parking lot. You've made it into a park$-$like setting for workers to use for breaks, lunch. You also hold bbq$\text{'}$s to sell hotdogs, etc. to the public around holidays, such as the $4$th of July.

Parents will often sit there too, waiting for kids to get out of school. You have also let the school use the space. Once a month, a book mobile comes that sells kid's books at greatly discounted prices. They also host an annual activity fair where they invite the Y$,$ boys scouts, girl scouts, summer camps, etc. so that families can learn about these activities and sign up all in one place.

One day, you notice that members of the UFCW are sitting at a picnic table and talking to your employees on their breaks. You know this to be true as they are passing out UFCW pins and you find flyers like the one below all over.
