You were called upon (greatness thrust upon you) to introduce the quality philosophy to your company/organization/institution and you were asked to make a presentation to the Board of Directors (or Trustees) and a group of top managers.

How would you summarize and present the quality philosophy to the Board and top managers so that it will not be perceived as just another fad?
