Hi Tom,

I wanted to let you know that I didn't understand what you were talking about at our meeting. You were confusing. Also, can we touch base on the project outline that we kind of sketched out last week. I really think that our delivery date is definitely a challenge considering the fact that we our down in resources. I think that we could be in trouble hear, and it could take much longer than what is being expected.

For instance, if we can't get our part done on time, we risk holding up other departments. Our piece is a dependency. There waiting on us. If the time line is not realistic, we need to determine that now. I gave our outline to Sara to look over, and she wanted to make sure you knew about the department's vacation schedule. We'll be creating an outline version so that everyone can see who's around.
