You will be expected to identify a possible business relevant tort risk for submission to the appropriate Dropbox. In ideal circumstances you will capture the risk (visually) such that the tort risk and its connection to a business context is obvious. A picture (or pictures) that clearly identifies/shows the risk while also clearly establishing the business connection/context will be ideal. Sometimes this may not be understandable, and this is where the accompanying brief explanation may be helpful to 'seal the deal'. The combination of the visual along with the written summary will ideally make clear the potentially tortious circumstance that has been identified.

The key components of the submission are:

1) A visual picture (or pictures) that shows the tortious circumstances

2) A brief written summary that:

• identifies the particular tort identified (e.g., occupier's liability).
• explains what the circumstances of the tort. It is here where the explanation may serve to further reinforce the tortious circumstances identified if the picture can not make it evident on its own.
• Explain what might be done to limit or eliminate the risk.
