The actual project implementation is not required (i.e. No coding required). You need to apply what you have learned in the class and to participate in the team project work.

• Pharmacy System
• ERP (e.g., Oracel or SAP)
• Training Platform (e.g., coursera or Udemy)
• Online Shopping Platform (e.g., Amazon or eBay)

Deliverables

This project should follow the main steps of the first two phases of the SDLC (phase 1 and 2). Detailed description should be included in each phase.

Phase 1:

Part 1: Planning Phase

Under this section, include the following:

• Project identification Chose one of the projects above (Project Title, Project Description precisely stating the Core Problem to be solved, Primary Customer and Stakeholders) (0.5 mark)
• Feasibility studies (Technical Feasibility, Economic Feasibility and Organizational Feasibility) (0.5 mark)
• Adopt an SDLC development methodology (0.5 mark)
• List the Tasks to be Performed and Develop a Work Plan (Gantt Chart) (0.5 mark)
