1. Prepare a list questions to ask Java Airlines to help determine what it is they want developed. This needs to be detailed. Consider, for example, payment options, reservation options, and the information Java Airlines needs from its customers to address the customers' needs.
2. Write up a mock Problem Definition Statement to summarize what you think the Java Airline software should be.
3. Using your Problem Definition Statement, outline the software you intend to develop by writing the pseudo code. Include a Data Flow Diagram of your program.
