You will create documentation that includes details of the event including but not limited to: 1. Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities to ensure maximum event profitability. 2. How event briefings will be shared with all relevant internal personnel and external suppliers to facilitate effective event planning, including timeframes. 3. Identify potential environmental and social impacts and organise services to minimise impacts. 4. Determine event components and create a schedule to facilitate event service bookings, including leading up to and the day/s of the event. 5. Develop ways to minimise use of printed materials and maximise electronic transmission of documents to reduce waste
