You will have to accept the conditions at the bottom of the page to search the data. Now place in a common last name such as Jones, or Smith, or Williams in the last name search box. Place a common first name such as John, or Robert, or William in the first name. Hit the search button. You should see multiple responses. Click on the offender number on the far right column of those on probation and review the assorted conditions of probation. Your job is to locate 4 different offenders with 4 non-typical conditions of probation. Some examples include: Use prescription drugs as prescribed. Must pay child support. Must complete domestic batterer treatment. Vehicle is immobilized. May not have access to computer. When you find an offender with a unique probation condition list the offender number and the condition that you found to be unique. We are looking for 4 offenders with one unique condition apiece. We now have had the opportunity to review some of the unique conditions of probation that offenders must comply with. Please make two page paper and explain why you feel the special condition of probation was imposed on the offender.Explain why probation should be revoked if they fail to comply with their conditions of probation. In addition to the unusual stipulations of probation, please identify two characteristics that are common to most of the probationers.
