you will play the role of a Project Manager, who is in charge of planning an in-person, one-day conference for your Sales team of ten people in Toronto after exactly 45 days. The members of the Sales team are located in the following cities (their based offices): one each in Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Montreal, Halifax, and five in Toronto. Permission is required from the Human Resources department and Finance department for anyone to travel out of their based offices. Every Monday, you will need to report the project status updates to the Sales Director, who is also the sponsor. You will prepare a plan with at least ten tasks (for example, booking flight tickets/hotel rooms, updating project status, and so on) on MS Projects and submit an MS Project file.
