You will describe the organization in detail, identify performance challenges that are affecting the organizations performance, and supply detailed suggestions for improving organizational performance. To assist you in composing this report, I expect to see headers pertaining to the following (please note that these headers are directly from the textbook chapter titles):

1. Background of the Organization
2. Conducting Stakeholder Valuation

• Improving Job Design

1. Establishing Synergistic Relationships
2. Applying Performance Coaching
3. Conducting Developmental Evaluations

• Creating Performance Growth and Development Plans
• Linking Compensation and Rewards to Performance Growth and Development

Within the respective headers, I will be expecting you to address:

• The organizational challenges within the organization,
• Detail how those challenges may impact organizational success,
• Provide strategies (from the textbook, class discussions, other literature) to circumnavigate the organizational challenges,
• Highlight any personal experience(s) you have had with a similar situation, and how it was/could have been resolved.
