The transaction details between both Buyer and Seller is that any CUSMA originating items will continuously be used and imported for 1 year of doing business with each other.

CBSA B3 Form CUSMA Certificate of Origin Summary Report detailing your story and transaction (1-2 pages)

Requirements of your Transaction

- Mode of Transportation - Air

- US/CAN exchange rate - 1.324

- Make sure to use Real HS Codes from the Customs Tariff (google it to find on the CBSA website)

o Your HS Codes should have an MFN duty Rate with no restrictions

- You will be importing 2 items, but one will be made up entirely of originating materials (the

other one will not be originating)

- You can make the direct shipment dates

- CBSA Office: 417

- US Port of Exit Code: 123

- Buyer and Seller Addresses can be made up
