You will search and select an organization or project of your choice. You are then to retrieve and synthesize relevant information/data from sources available as well as the resources in the different modules of the course. With these resources, you will develop a quality management system that is deemed appropriate and then analyze, evaluate and troubleshoot it. Specifically, you are expected to do the following for a quality management system in the chosen organization or project: Develop an appropriate process map. (Part 1, Module 2) Develop an appropriate set of quality standards as well as quality assurance and control metrics. (Part 2, Module 3) Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the system as well as review its compliance with the requirements. (Part 3, Module 4) Evaluate the system's ability to achieve its objectives.
