• Prepare recommendations for improvements in the emergency response effort.
• Evaluate and include what was successful.
• Evaluate and include what could be improved.
• How might what you've learned from analyzing this incident be applied beyond just this single accident? Communicate the larger "takeaways" that should be researched further, evaluated by regulatory agencies, studied by design experts/human factors, etc.
• At the end of your work , pose a question for your listeners to answer in this discussion forum.
