This includes creating a new logo, style guide and templates, identification of appropriate software and the process to MAKE and manage document production.

MAKE a logo, style guide and two sample templates that The Happy Puppy owners can review for readability and appearance

1) Style Guide - include the following items:

a) the page with the business name and logo

b) Formatting requirements including

i) font style and size for normal text including an example

ii) font style and size for headings including an example

iii) standard colours to be used for text, headings, and logo

iv) line spacing

v) list format

vi) date format

vii) the tone to be used in written documents

viii) An example of the corporate signature to be used in letters and emails

2) Letter Template - including

a) Logo and business name

b) Business address, telephone and fax numbers, web address

c) ABN

d) Default date field

3) Invoice Template - research the requirements for a tax invoice for sales less than $1,000.00 at ato.gov.au or

business.gov.au and use excel to create an invoice template, including all the mandatory items

The invoice also needs to include:

a) The business' logo

b) Default date field

c) Table with columns for item description; unit price; quantity; item totals and minimum 5 rows

d) Formulas to calculate line total and invoice total
