You work for a non-profit that just received a large grant to provide 1000 Meals on Wheels (MOW) meals 5 days a week. The meals must follow the national guidelines for seniors (research this and have the guidelines in your analysis). The MOW service area will be a 50 mile radius in a rural county. You must design a food service facility to accommodate the needs of the program and select a delivery system.
