Winter Fell Property Management is a real estate company in Westeros, a country size of England. This company would like to hire you to design a database system to keep track of its rental business so there could be more revenue during winter. The company would want to maintain information about its renters. Information about renters such as name, address, phone number, email address etc. need to be collected in the system. Noted renters include the Night King, Hodor, and Danny Weiss. There are two types of renters, long term renters (rent for at least 12 months) and short-term renters (rent less than 12 months). For long term renters, we need to know their credit scores. For short term renters, we need to know their job status. The company have properties scatter over the vast areas of Westeros, such as Dreadfort, White Harbor, Moat Cailin, and Bear Island, etc. For these properties, the company would like to know its address (street number and name), castle name, area name, descriptions, etc. Renters usually enter rental contracts with the company to rent a property for a specified rental period and rent amount. Not all properties are currently rented, such as the Shadow Tower. Some renters dont have a rental contract with the company, such as the current Night King. Some properties are close to the Land of Always Winter. For these properties, the company would like to offer activities such as skiing or ice dragon flying to renters. Some properties are close to the Kings Road, the main highway in Westeros. For these properties, you need to keep track of the distance to the road. It would help a renter to determine how convenient it is to get on to the highway. Some properties are not near the Land of Always Winter or the Kings Highway.
A hand written ERD is preferred, however not needed computer based ERD is fine. Having a hard time breaking down sub/super types along with entities.
