You'll do computations (per instructions provided) in Excel, which involve figuring out the amount of bonuses paid for on-site work and assigning costs and benefits in response to a remote work option (fictional) for selected Howard County employees in your department (same one as for Cutback Scenario).

You can also reference the Course Reserves: Chen et al., Chapter 5. The coffee break case, which is covered in the first mini-lecture (same exercise as we did in class on March 7), is totally optional.

For the actual assignment, you'll need the instructions and Excel template. Pay particular attention to the benefit-cost ratios computed for each department in the instructions, which will tell you if your results match mine.
