Your assignment is to follow the value of the U.S. dollar vis--vis the British pound for a period specified in the email announcement of this project. 1-You are to submit a one-page executive summary/report. The one-page limit applies to the text of the summary itself and does not include list of references, etc. Summaries that are more than one page will receive 0 credits. 2-The summary must explicitly refer to our class material and theories used to explain the movements in the U.S. dollar. 3-The summary must be typed in font size 12 with 1-inch margins and can be singlespaced. 4-Copies of the articles used for the summary must be attached to it. 5-At least three articles from three different dates must be used for this summary. 6-The part of each article used in the writing of the summary must be clearly marked. 7-If the article is used directly and word for word, the proper quotation marks (" ") and citation must be applied [Example: WSJ x/y/z wrote "The higher interest rates in the U.S. boosted the value of the dollar".] If the article is used indirectly, the proper citation must be used [Example: The dollar went up because of a robust economic recovery (WSJ x/y/z)]. 8-Summaries without proper quotations and citations will receive 0 credits.
