Union and Management must create their own bargaining proposals Union and Management exchange formal written proposals at start of negotiations Then attempt to negotiate a new collective agreement and produce a signed memorandum of settlement (MOS) or at least you are to sign off the agreed to items Discuss and analyze your successes and failures in the negotiating process This will be done on zoom or MS Teams By the end of the assignment, your group will have to achieve: a signed tentative collective agreement (MOS), or go to a lockout or a strike. Your Teams CB mandate and proposals must be submitted into Blackboard prior to your CB session You need to prepare a written copy of your proposals to exchange with the other side.
