The analysis willconsist of a short summary of the case, and then ensure that the answers to the questions

at the end of the case are included in a narrative. If the case asks you to "prepare a

report for management", your analysis will be in that format and will include the

information asked for in the questions.

Parkway has taken some initial steps in this new directions, but clearly is has a lot of work left to do$.$ You$$ve been brought in as a change in management consultant to help the company change its culture and respond to the stress that employees experience. Remember to create your report as if for leadership of a major corporation $.$
