We'll do this work in class in two parts:

1) Planning. On Tuesday 25 October and Wednesday 26 October, we'll review the request to ensure we understand what the client is asking for, get relevant background information, and understand the structure of the data. Our work will emphasize asking the right questions, and you will need to do a little research into the problem area. You'll also find out what tools you need to conduct the analysis and what you need to give the client when it's done.

2) Execution. We'll do the actual data analysis and prepare the deliverable. You may need to finish the deliverable so its client-ready outside of class.
