Your boss is wondering what youve been doing in class this week. Write a one page, single spaced report (PDF format) that explains the cluster analysis (Cluster Analysis Part I: Using K-Means to Segment Your Customer Base) as the book stated. Describe the steps in detail such that your layman boss will understand. Include one example of cluster analysis. End your report with a detailed analysis of the clusters you found for the problem in class (tailor your findings to the run you did in class). You should include at least one screenshot of the results, but this does not count toward the one page (more screenshots are allowed).
