3a. Select three personal goals that you hope to accomplish within 3 to 5 years. The goals could include, but not limited to the following areas: health, career, family, relationship, nancial, learning, community, hobby, and spiritual. 3b. Describe your goals in plain English, such as maintaining a healthy body, creating a startup, getting married, The goal can be simple and does not need to be complicated. 3c. State how important these goals are to you and why. 3d. Proyide the strategies on how you will reach each goal, such as 1) exercise eyery day and 2} have proper diet for the maintaining a healthy body goal. Each goal can haye more than one strategies to accomplish it. 3e. For each strategy, propose a process that consists of 1) a trigger, 2) a routine, and 3) a reward. For example, the exercise eyery day strategy can use the process: 1) the trigger(s) - haye my dog (or an alarm) wake me up every morning, 2} the routine(s) - walk one mile along the riverside park in Hoboken, 3) the reward(s) enjoy a healthy ayocado toast and ice coffee. You can create different process components to avoid being bored. Sometime a routine depends on conditions. For example, for outside walk I prefer temperature above 50 degrees and wind under 15 miles an hour. State the condition if appropriate. 3f. Describe what external help or adyisors you might seek to assist you accomplish the goals. 3g. Are there any potential obstacles? If yes, what mitigation or contingency plan(s} can you think of? 3h. List three people who you will share the goals with. You can list just the role such as 1) my mom, 2) my boy or girl friend, 3} my mentor,... etc
