Your client Andeep Kir came to "Perfect Paralegal Services" because of injuries he received two months ago. He went to Ottawa for his high school class reunion. As part of the celebration, he was "bar-hopping" from popular bar to popular bar with his old neighbourhood pals. Because he was a conscientious and careful alcohol consumer, he arranged to walk or Uber from location to location.

While he was walking to the fifth location on the pub crawl, he was crossing the street. He waited until the light was green, and then started to cross. A motorist named Sarina Chuch failed to give him the right of way when making a left turn, and knocked him to the pavement. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital and admitted for a period of two days.

As a result of the accident, he lost two months of work. His weekly salary is $2,000.00 gross. He also incurred costs for purchasing crutches, and medication not covered by his medical insurance plan. The accident took place in Hull, Quebec.
