Your company has been hired by your school to help them develop a new online computer system for the Registrar and you need to prepare for the first team meeting on planning for securing the new system. Below is the agenda for the meeting. Use this list to put together a plan for one of the resources of this new system.

• What resources have to be shared - describe one file or resource that this system will share - grades, transcripts, student addresses, etc.?
• What are the user groups - what categories of users will be are to access this resource?
• How will the groups be allowed to access the resources? Example: view their own information, make changes to specific data, etc.
• How should backups be used to protect this file or resource - type of backups, and backup schedules?
