Customers can call Red Hat sales or support directly and if we cannot solve the problem, we have an agreement to contact the Hyperscalers on your behalf

Hyperscalers provide the first level of sales and support and if there is anything they cannot solve, they will contact Red Hat for the customer

These products are JOINT, Red Hat, AWS, and Microsoft products respectively. They aren$$t Red Hat products that can be purchased through the AWS and Azure marketplaces, they are JOINT solutions that we work together to engineer, manage and support.
