1. On and about 13^thFebruary this year, Loki, a volunteer from the audience, slipped at the backstage of the Darlo motel during a magic show.

2. By reason of the foregoing, Loki is now physically hurt and is in a lot of pain.

3. Loki is not contributory negligent as the backstage was very dark and the stagehands yelled at them to run faster.
