Your final proposal should include:

All of the technical information about systems, networks, and security that will go into the customers new network.

Detailed information as the company will be using this information in their HIPPA filings going forward.

Cost/savings statement for the customer that details how much the network will cost vs how much they will save with the new network.

Plans for future expansion of the network, what it will cost, and how many users your system will support.

In this class project, you have been hired to combine 3 doctors offices that are merging together. They are all currently connected directly to the Internet and have no security on their networks. Create a network using Packet Tracker for the new office where everyone is on the same network and there is a firewall between the office and the network. All offices should have a wireless router for the physicians and a guest network for the patients. Please present your plan to the office along with any cost that will be associated with the merger. The final Packet Tracker file will be submitted for your final project in unit 4.

You will also be submitting a final word document called your Final Technical Proposal that includes elements from all your submissions via Chalk and Wire at the end of unit 5. Use the Final Technical Proposal template provided to complete this assignment. The technical proposal is similar to the proposal a consultant would present to the organizations executive decision board who will consider your suggestions and recommendations. See part 5 details below for more information.
