Your friend Michelle is a welder and works for two companies, Poly Co. and Tech Ltd. Poly Co. provides Michelle with 35 hours per week at their Lands End location during regular business hours (8am to 5pm) for which she is paid a biweekly salary. As projects change, she will work with different equipment and different teams. Sometimes Michelle helps estimate job costs. Tech Ltd. provides Michelle with 5 to 15 hours per week at their customers locations as a mobile welder.
