Your manager wants you to manage a project. However, before giving you this responsibility, they want to be sure that you are up to the challenge. So, they have asked you to create a PowerPoint presentation detailing your project management knowledge. They also want you to give an example of a project you have managed using your experience and knowledge. In this example, you will add screenshots showing the process (using MS project or any other project management software) of the project and explain how you have managed it ( use what you have learned in this class). Note: If you are currently working on a project, you can use the data, hiding all confidential information. If you are not working on one, create a mock project using the project management software. Deliverables: PowerPoint presentation ( minimum of 10 slides)
