Your organisation is a Digital Media and Marketing Company, offering services such as: Graphic Desining, Media Marketing Designs, PR Management, Website & App Development. Your organisation is currently expanding and looking to hire a Regional Manager for BC as a part of the expansion. As a HR Manager for BC, you are given an budget of $ 20,000 to recruit such a candidate and train on key areas of the business once the person is hired.

Compensation to Regional Manager It is a salaried position. No overtime as it is salaried role and salary range is between $ 60,000 - $ 70,000 (HR Manager will negotiate to fix it during the final selection) with 5% commission of sale if monthly sales go above $ 50,000 by the 6th month of hiring the candidate. Benefits are included: Medical, Dental, Vision, paid vacation of 15 days. There is a probation period of 1 month and 15 days advance notice is required if someone wants to quit a job.
