Your OOP teacher has assigned you a project. The project is to develop a Restaurant ranking system where anyone can rank (ranges from 1 to 10) a restaurant. When a restaurants information in entered into the system for the first time, the rank (which is the average of all ranks entered by the users) of that restaurant will be 0 as no one has yet ranked the restaurant. Each time a person ranks the restaurant, the average rank of that restaurant will change. The application should have the following features. 1) Add a new Restaurant with its detail info in to the system. 2) Rank a restaurant -This functionality is used when a customer of a restaurant wants to rank the restaurant. This will take the rank from user and update the average rank. [Hints: Similar to CGPA calculation] 3) Display the details of a specific restaurant e.g. name, category (Chinese, fast food, ethnic, fine dining etc.), average rank and the number of users who have ranked the restaurant. 4) Display the of list of restaurants and their details (same as above) 5) Display the list of restaurants which are above a specific average rank. 6) Display the list of restaurants of a specific category which are above a specific rank.
