The Senior Management Team has been listening to your suggestions that an integrated management system should be implemented and certification sought for the integrated management system. However, the Senior Management Team is not fully aware of what is required to achieve this goal.

Prepare a report for the Senior Management Team for its considerationan IMS manual according to the plan you prepared to integrate management system standards (Ex. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) in the previous assignment. This assignment should be a manual that address all clauses of any management systems that was applied to your previous assignment. The assignment should also include a brief explanation of how you relate stakeholders to different clauses.
