Your paper should include: 1. Introduction and concise explanation of the topic. This must include insight on why this topic is important to economists of education; no more than 150 words. 2. Main body of the paper: o Throughout, apply concepts from economics of education. 3. How is the problem being addressed, and can you find any evidence of creative or innovative solutions? If so, what are strengths and limitations of those solutions? If not, why not? 4. Conclusion/summary; no more than 150 words. 6. Reference List. You must use a minimum of 3 different sources for your paper, and no more than 6. At least one source must be an academic article. You cannot use any encyclopedia-type references for this paper (e.g., Wikipedia or any other site ending in pedia, Khan Academy, a source used merely to provide an economic definition). You can cite our course text but cannot count it as one of your sources. Most blogs will not be appropriate - if you're not sure, ask me. Use of secondary data counts as a source
