Your personal experience paper should be a minimum of three pages (excluding title and reference pages) explaining your experience both positive and negative with meetings and facilitation. If you have never planned a meeting or done a facilitation you have likely attended some meetings. Share that experience along with your impressions of what was happening and how it succeeded or might have been improved
