Your project for this assignment (and a number to follow during the course) is the following: You are working for a local charity and have been assigned a project to organize a fundraiser. Your goal has been set to raise at least $50,000. You have a maximum of 20 weeks to complete the fundraiser and you feel you will need a lot of this time in order to complete all of the necessary work. The minimum duration for this project is 15 weeks. . Your fundraiser must occur on a single day and be on a Friday. The fundraiser will be an in-person event (not online). In order to be successful, you will need to consider the following elements: the concept of the fundraiser - i.e. the type of activities that will attract the public to come to your fundraiser and contribute funds the advertising and marketing needed to inform the public. the setup of any systems and event space required. Your budget is a maximum of $15,000 - though the Project Sponsor would be happier if you came in under this budget if possible. You are the Project Manager for this project
