Milestones: What are the beginning and ending dates of the major phases of the project? Remember a milestone is a marker, not a schedule. A list or table is OK for this plus an introduction under the heading

Constraints: What are the constraints? Describe and give reasons WHY they are constraints. Paragraph

Assumptions: What do you assume to be true at the time of the project execution? Paragraph

Risks: What are some of the major expected risks for the project? Mitigation is not required at this stage. Paragraph

Project Success Criteria: How will stakeholders know if the project is a success? What will it look like if its a success? Paragraph
