What do you think about income statement? 


Cash flow statement does provide operative and financial activities, and the actual cash inflow and outflow. However, income statement not only showing revenues but also expenses. Income statement also included non-cash transactions including depreciation. Cash flow statement often relie on the digits income statement make calculations. You are collect about the differences of non-profit organization verses privately owned businesses. Privately owned corporations keeps tract of their revenues, profits and incomes. On the other hand, non-profit organizations are not required to keep tract of all their comes. However non-profits are mainly focus on using the financial statements for tax reports.
