Your supervisor believes this will help solve all problems - employee miscommunication, low employee morale, and lack of motivation.

Your challenge is to respond to your supervisor's recommendation. You disagree with them. After taking a course on Managerial Communications (MOG 1003), you believe there is a better communication channel to improve overall communication in your workplace.
