Research the control system used by your corporation and select pieces of evidence of informational and behavioral control. Be aware that the evidence must respond to the full definition of each type of control, instead of only "doing the right thing" and "doing things rights." Then, discuss the advantages or disadvantages for your company of using contemporary control over traditional control systems or vice versa.

Corporate Governance

2. Research the corporate governance mechanisms used by your corporation to align the interest of owners and managers. Then, select pieces of evidence of effective and ineffective corporate governance. Finally, discuss the role of effective corporate governance in improving or not your corporation's performance and ensuring that managers' and shareholder interests are aligned.
4. Research the board of directors of your corporation. Then, identify the board size (the number of directors), and the following characteristics of each director: insider or insider, expertise area, and time in the board. You must identify ALL directors on the board.
6. Research the external governance control mechanisms used by your corporation. Then, identify two of them and provide evidence. Finally, discuss how they contribute to the alignment and performance of the corporation.

Organizational design

2. Identify the type of organizational structure of your corporation and provide evidence. Then, discuss two advantages and disadvantages the organizational structure offers to the corporation and provide evidence of it. Be aware that directors in the board are not employees necessarily but the corporation owner representatives.
4. Go back to exercise two (2) and copy the generic and corporate strategies. Then, discuss how the organizational structure is aligned with these strategies. Provide evidence in the discussion.
6. Discuss how the company could benefit from ambidextrous organizational structures. Provide evidence in the discussion.
