Specifically, you will need to: Summarize the project objectives and overall scope for achieving the $5 million fundraising goal. Identify the project's target audience and the stakeholders who will need to be kept informed as the project progresses. Be sure to provide a rationale for why you have identified the specific audience and stakeholders appropriate for this project. 

Describe an outreach plan that details how you will reach the target audience. Make sure you include communication types and channels. Define what metrics you will use to track progress and how you will measure and report results. Refer to the module resources for additional support to complete this milestone assignment.
