Your task is to build a Gantt chart for the project of planning and implementing of your company's25th Anniversary celebration.

All of the tasks that you will need to complete, are listed below, along with the names of the people responsible, and the start and finish dates. They are presented in no particular order.Your job will be to determine the order in which the tasks should be listed on the Gantt chart. But, before you start doing that, finish reading ALL the instructions.

On a Gantt chart, similar tasks should be grouped together (in a large business project, these would be considered sub-projects).Within each section, list the tasks in chronological (i.e. date) order according to start date. Here are the sections to use in this Gantt chart:

Plan party date, theme and location

Arrange for guests

Arrange for food and beverages

Hold party

Clean up after the party

After you have grouped similar tasks together and placed them in chronological order, write them into the Gantt chart template. Then, list the percentage complete for each task.Assume the current date is October 4, and everything is on schedule. When you have finished this, remember to shade in the appropriate cells to show the duration of each task.
