Your task is to put yourself in the role of an organizational consultant, to perform a behavioural analysis of the design and functioning of an organizational process and to make recommendations about how to improve its effectiveness. An organizational process can be any set of procedures, policies, routine practices, etc. used by an organization to accomplish some goal or to perform some task or function. The process you choose should have a substantial human/social component, such as a purely social process involving activities performed by people, or a "socio-technical" process that includes both human and technical components. (Do not choose a purely technical process, such as an algorithm imbedded in a software application, an automated manufacturing process in a factory, etc.)
