Your team is required to conduct research for a Hudson's Bay Company, that is about to go through a process of change or is going through a process of change. Your search of the company was noticed by the CEO. This person knows your team is a reputable OE Consulting Team and therefore wants to hire you to help with the change of the organization. The CEO has asked you to speak with the rest of the organization's Executive Team and staff about how you plan to help their organization.

Your presentation to the Executive Team must include:

• An explanation of your understanding of the change in the organization.
• You advice on how an OB model can be used in the process. What this means is that you will need to explain how the three types of variables (inputs, processes, and outcomes) and the three levels of analysis (individual, group, and organizational) will apply. Give advice on how an OB model can be used and 3 levels of analysis which is individual, group, and organizational.
• Recommendations for the Executive Team.
